Specification before price
Variety, grade, origin, quality limits, pack weight and intended use decide whether an offer suits you. Send the specification you buy against and any alternatives you accept.

Certificates for the market
Food import rules, and the certificates they call for, depend on the product and the destination. Where halal certification is needed, the certifying body must be one your market accepts.

Temperature and transit
Fresh and frozen goods need an agreed temperature range, transport method and handover point. The order sets out who is responsible at each stage.
