1. Our commitment
We want buyers, suppliers and other visitors to be able to use this website whatever their device, input method or disability. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard we work to; it is not a claim of full conformance or of independent certification.
We check every page with automated accessibility tests at phone, tablet, laptop and desktop widths. Automated tests find only some barriers, so reports from visitors matter.
2. Features that help
You can use the website with a keyboard. A skip link moves straight to the main content, the focus position is clearly visible, and the moving strip of brand logos has a pause button.
Form fields have visible labels. When a field needs attention, the form moves focus to a summary of the problems and announces each message with its field.
Pages adapt to screens from phones to wide desktops. Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion. Images that carry information have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
3. Known limitations
Site search needs JavaScript; without it, the sitemap lists every page. The forms need JavaScript and a Cloudflare security check, which some browser settings, extensions or networks block. When a form cannot run, it shows our email address and phone number instead.
If anything stops you finding information or sending an enquiry, email [email protected] or call +971 6 566 3851 and we will provide the information another way.
4. Report a barrier
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what happened. If you can, include your browser, device and any assistive technology you use. Please do not send sensitive personal information to show the problem.
We review every report and work on a fix or an alternative. Accessibility is part of how we maintain the website as content and features change.
