Terms of Use

Last updated:

1. About these terms

This website is operated by DMS HOLDINGS LLC, trading as DMS Holdings, a limited liability company licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence No. 2010297.01. “DMS”, “we” and “us” mean that company. By using the website, you accept these terms. Email [email protected] with any question about them.

2. What the website is for

The website describes our trading activities to commercial buyers, suppliers and other business contacts. It is not an online shop. Nothing on it is a quotation or an offer that can be accepted, and sending a form does not create a supply, distribution, agency or employment agreement.

Products, brands, origins, prices, quantities and destinations are subject to enquiry and confirmation. Brands are shown as examples of what we trade. Availability varies by product and market, and a brand shown here does not indicate stock held, the owner’s endorsement, or an authorised or exclusive distribution relationship.

3. Supply contracts are separate

Each purchase or supply arrangement is governed by its own written terms, agreed between the parties. These cover matters such as specification, quantity, price, payment, delivery, insurance, import and export responsibilities, inspection, warranties and claims. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the agreed terms apply.

Regulated goods, including alcoholic beverages, can be supplied only where the law of the destination and the buyer’s permissions allow. A product shown on this website is not a statement that it can be supplied to every destination or buyer.

4. Using the website

You may browse the website and use its forms for genuine business enquiries. Do not submit false or misleading information, infringe anyone’s rights, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website or its security checks. Unauthorised access to websites and information systems is an offence under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Send only information and documents you are entitled to share, and do not use the forms for unsolicited promotion.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, design and other content of this website belong to DMS or are used with permission, and are protected under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. You may view, print and share reasonable extracts for your own business use, with attribution. Any other reproduction or commercial use needs our permission, except where the law allows it.

Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are protected under trademark law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks. Showing them on this website gives no one a right to use them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.

6. Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the website accurate, but information can change and errors can occur. Confirm product and commercial details with us before relying on them. The Insights articles are general guidance, not legal, customs or tax advice for a particular shipment.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information or from interruptions to the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. A supply contract may set its own governing law and dispute resolution terms, which apply to that contract.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. The version shown here applies from that date.
