What should a buying enquiry include?
The product or brand, its specification, the quantity, the destination and when you need it. Add pack sizes, model numbers, shelf life or certificate requirements where they apply. Each sector page lists what matters for that category.
Who does DMS supply?
Businesses that buy to resell or distribute: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and online sellers, across our five product sectors.
Can a particular brand be supplied to my market?
That depends on the product, the destination and availability at the time. The brands shown on this site are examples of brands we trade; DMS is not presented as an authorised or exclusive distributor of any of them.
Can you arrange freight and documents?
Logistics coordination is part of the supply discussion. Who arranges freight, insurance, customs clearance and documents is agreed for each order, under the delivery terms of its contract.
Where does DMS operate?
DMS HOLDINGS LLC is licensed in Sharjah Media City, UAE. We have a presence in Dubai, Sharjah, Rwanda and Europe, and do business across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
Are minimum quantities and payment terms fixed?
Quantities, prices and payment terms depend on the product, its availability and the transaction. They are agreed for each order, in writing, before supply begins.
