Quality Policy

Last updated:

1. Purpose

DMS HOLDINGS LLC supplies goods on a clear, agreed basis: the right description, specification and quantity, with each party’s responsibilities set out. This policy describes how we approach product quality as a trading company. It is not a certification, and it does not mean every shipment is independently tested.

2. Agree what is being bought

Before an order is agreed, the parties confirm the product details that decide whether the goods are accepted. Depending on the product, these may include brand, model, grade, origin, size, condition, pack configuration, shelf life, storage needs and required certificates.

Any acceptable alternatives, samples, inspections or tests are agreed explicitly. A certificate or sample must be confirmed as relevant to the actual goods and destination before anyone relies on it.

3. Supplier information and order checks

We ask suppliers for accurate product information and supporting documents, review them against the order and take up any material inconsistency with the responsible party.

Checks are matched to the product and the transaction. If a buyer requires an independent inspection, a laboratory test or a particular certificate, its scope, timing, responsibility and cost are agreed in writing.

4. Handling and changes

Storage, packing and transport requirements are passed to the parties responsible for them. Temperature-sensitive goods and products with a limited shelf life need particular care in transit and handling.

Any material change to the goods, the specification or the arrangements is raised before the order proceeds. A substitute is not accepted simply because it is available.

5. Concerns, complaints and recalls

If goods appear damaged, incorrect or unsafe, email [email protected] promptly with the order reference, product details, delivery date and any evidence. Keep the packaging and records, and take sensible safety precautions.

We review the concern with the parties involved and agree the next steps under the transaction terms and applicable law. Please do not return or dispose of disputed goods without agreement, unless the law or an immediate safety risk requires it.

Suppliers must tell DMS promptly about a relevant recall, a suspected counterfeit or a safety issue. What we learn from a reported issue informs later product and order discussions.
